The program at HARD BOILED is based on building functional strength and Increasing mobility through integrative movement and strength training. Classes always incorporate a mix of dynamic stretching, mobility practice (crawling, rolling, etc.), and resistance training (loaded and body weight) incorporating pull ups, squats, dumbbell, kettlebell, barbell, and sandbag training. Owner-Operator, Riki Bryan, is certified by world renowned functional fitness and physical culture authority, Steve Maxwell (Maxwell Strength & Conditioning). We are an affiliate of Gunclub Brooklyn.
